Georgia House of Representatives Passes Legislation to Give Local School Systems Flexibility
ATLANTA — The Georgia House of Representatives today passed House Bill 936 by a vote of 160-1. Sponsored by state Representative Paul Battles (R-Cartersville), HB 936 allows school systems to use their replacement allowance for purchasing new school buses towards the refurbishment of existing school buses.
