ATLANTA –State Representative Mike Dudgeon (R-Johns Creek) today was appointed to the Education Reform Commission by Governor Nathan Deal. Rep. Mike Dudgeon Pre-Files Bill to Allow Terminal Patients Access to Treatment

ATLANTA— State Representative Mike Dudgeon (R-Johns Creek) today pre-filed House Bill 34, also known as the “Right to Try” bill. This legislation would grant some terminally ill patients faster access to investigational drugs that have that have passed the safety phase in the three phase FDA drug approval process. (more…)
