Rep. Morgan Honored For Leadership in Education at National Action Network Conference

Representative Glenn Baker Votes to Approve First GDOT Director of Planning

ATLANTA – Recently state Representative Glenn Baker (D- Jonesboro) was appointed to serve on the House Transportation Subcommittee on Approval of the Director of Planning by House Transportation Committee Chairman Jay Roberts (R- Ocilla). This subcommittee was organized to review Governor Sonny Perdue’s recent appointment, Mr. Todd Long, for the position of Director of Planning at the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and make a recommendation to the full House Transportation Committee.
