Rep. Charlice Byrd Co-Sponsors Legislation Requiring Drug Tests for TANF

Jason Spencer (R-Woodbine) that would require applicants seeking cash assistance through the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program to pass a drug test before receiving any public funds.
