McDonough Awarded $1 Million to Finance Wastewater System Infrastructure
ATLANTA – Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) Executive Director Kevin Clark announced today the approval of a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan of $1,000,000 to the city of McDonough to finance rehabilitating 17,460 feet of gravity sewer lines and 50 manholes. Clark expressed appreciation to State Representative Steve Davis (R-McDonough) for his support and credited the state’s commitment to helping cities and counties finance infrastructure development as one of the main contributors to GEFA’s success.
