Rep. Wendell Willard Introduces Legislation to Reform Georgia’s Forfeiture Laws
ATLANTA – State Representative Wendell Willard (R-Sandy Springs), the Chair of the House Judiciary Committee, announced that today he pre-filed legislation to reform Georgia’s civil forfeiture laws.
