Rep. Micah Gravley Receives American Conservative Union Award

ATLANTA— State Representative Micah Gravley (R-Douglasville) was recently recognized by the American Conservative Union (ACU) with the 2015 Award for Conservative Achievement.

“I am honored to be recognized by the ACU as a conservative leader in this state,”said Rep. Gravley. “I am proud to represent strong conservative principles in the House and will remain committed to these values in my role as a state representative as well as my personal life.”

Rep. Gravley was recognized for his score on the ACU 2015 State Legislative Rankings. This ranking is based on the consistency of his votes and support for key conservative principles on a wide range of issues during the 2015 legislative session.

Representative Micah Gravley represents the citizens of District 67, which includes portions of Douglas and Paulding counties. He was elected into the House of Representatives in 2012, and currently serves as the Vice Chairman on the Code Revision Committee. He also serves on the Economic Development & Tourism, Judiciary Non-Civil, and Public Safety & Homeland Security committees.
