ATLANTA — Speaker of the House David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge) has appointed the following members to the House Study Committee on Professional Employer Organizations:
- Richard Smith – Chair (R-Columbus)
- Johnnie Caldwell, Jr. (R-Thomaston)
- Demetrius Douglas (D-Stockbridge)
- Jason Shaw (R-Lakeland)
- Darlene Taylor (R-Thomasville)
This study committee is created by House Resolution 1341 and will study the role of professional employer organizations in the provision of insurance benefits.
