ATLANTA — Speaker of the House David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge) has appointed the following members to the House Study Committee on Regional Transit Solutions:

- Chuck Martin – Vice Chair (R-Alpharetta)
- John Carson (R-Marietta)
- Chuck Efstration (R-Dacula)
- Mike Glanton (D-Jonesboro)
- Calvin Smyre (D-Columbus)
- Tom Taylor (R-Dunwoody)
This study committee is created by House Resolution 1605 and will study whether fundamental reforms are necessary to ensure the establishment of a comprehensive region-wide solution which will service the growing needs of the metropolitan Atlanta region.
