Rep. Matt Hatchett Re-Elected House Majority Caucus Chairman

ATLANTA – The House Republican Caucus re-elected State Representative Matt Hatchett (R-Dublin) as the House Majority Caucus Chairman during caucus elections on Monday, November 14, 2016.

“I am thankful to all of the members of the House Republican Caucus for their support and nomination,” said Majority Caucus Chairman, Rep. Hatchett.  “I look forward to seeing the great things that this caucus can achieve for our constituents by working together and moving this state forward.”

This is Rep. Hatchett’s fourth term in the Georgia House of Representatives and his third term as Majority Caucus Chairman.

Representative Matt Hatchett represents the citizens of District 150, which includes portions of Johnson, Laurens, and Treutlen counties. He was elected into the House of Representatives in 2010, and currently serves as the Chairman of the House Republican Caucus. He also serves on the Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government and the Economic Development & Tourism, Energy, Utilities & Telecommunications, Ethics, Health & Human Services, and Rules committees.
