ATLANTA- Today Representative J. Craig Gordon (D- Savannah) announced the appointment of Benjamin Polote Jr. to the Georgia International and Maritime Trade Center Authority Board of Directors.
“Ben’s sharp business background as well as his company’s community involvement helped me make my final decision,” said Representative Gordon. “I feel his fresh ideas will be of great help to the authority as well as Chatham County.”
Mr. Polote was appointed by Representative Gordon by authority of the Georgia International and Maritime Trade Center Authority act of 1995

Representative J. Craig Gordon represents the citizens of District 162, which includes portions of Chatham County. He was elected into the House of Representatives in 2006, and currently serves on the Economic Development & Tourism, Health & Human Services, and Retirement committees.
