Rep. Bruce Williamson Re-Elected House Majority Caucus Secretary/Treasurer

ATLANTA – The House Republican Caucus re-elected State Representative Bruce Williamson (R- Monroe) as the House Majority Caucus Secretary/Treasurer during caucus elections on Tuesday, November 13, 2018.

“I am deeply honored to be re-elected by my colleagues as the House Majority Caucus Secretary/Treasurer,” said Majority Caucus Secretary/Treasurer, Rep. Williamson. “It is a privilege to work with our caucus leadership team and the entire House Majority Caucus in this capacity. I am eager to continue the work of our caucus as we strive to enact sound conservative policies that make our state the best in the country to work and raise a family.”

In this position, Rep. Williamson will be responsible for all Majority Caucus funds and maintaining a record of all caucus meetings.

This will be Rep. Williamson’s fifth term in the Georgia House of Representatives and his third term as Majority Caucus Secretary and Treasurer.

 

Representative Bruce Williamson represents the citizens of District 115, which includes portions of Walton County. He was elected to the House of Representatives in 2010 and currently serves as Secretary and Treasurer of the House Majority Caucus. He also serves on the Banks and Banking, Energy, Utilities & Telecommunications, Governmental Affairs, Insurance, Rules and Ways and Means committees.
