ATLANTA — State Representative Andy Welch (R-McDonough) today announced the introduction of House Bill 138. This legislation would place congressionally mandated restrictions on the use of Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards that are provided through the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.

Andy Welch (R-McDonough), HB 138 would place congressionally mandated restrictions on the use of Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards that are provided through the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.
