Rep. Carson Announces Distracted Driving Poll Results

ATLANTA – State Representative John Carson (R- Marietta), Chairman of the House Study Committee on Distracted Driving, recently announced the results of a new poll, which shows that nearly two-thirds of Georgia voters favor a hands-free driving law in Georgia. Rep. Carson to Chair House Study Committee on Distracted Driving

ATLANTA – State Representative John Carson (R- Marietta) was recently appointed by Speaker David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge) to serve as Chairman of the House Study Committee on Distracted Driving. This ten-member study committee was created by House Resolution 282 during the recent legislative session and will examine whether changes to state law may help reduce instances of distracted driving.  Continue reading “Rep.
