ATLANTA –State Representative Alisha Thomas Morgan (D-Austell) has been tapped to participate in the Broad Superintendents Academy, a national training program designed to prepare experienced leaders for the challenges of supervising urban school districts, state departments of education and high growth public charter systems. Rep. Alisha Thomas Morgan to Travel to China for Educational Leaders’ Group

ATLANTA – State Representative Alisha Thomas Morgan (D-Austell),will travel to China this month with the Kennesaw State University Chinese Bridge Summer Camp for Educators. The agenda will allow the educational delegation to visit various schools in China throughout the duration of the trip.

Rep. Morgan Hosts Call for Parents to Discuss Trigger Bill

ATLANTA – State Representative Alisha Thomas Morgan (D-Austell) will host a free conference call to give parents an opportunity to learn more about House Bill 123 – the “Parent Trigger” bill currently under consideration in the General Assembly – on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at 6:00 PM.
