House Majority Leader Burns Joins Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Speaker of the House to Announce Bonuses for State Employees

ATLANTA – Yesterday, House Majority Leader Jon Burns (R-Newington) joined Governor Brian Kemp, Lieutenant Governor Geoff Duncan, Speaker of the House David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge), Speaker Pro-Tempore Jan Jones (R-Milton), House Appropriations Chairman Terry England (R-Auburn), and other members of House and Senate leadership to announce that more than 57,000 employees of the state of Georgia will receive a one-time bonus of $1,000 during the current fiscal year.

House Committee Assignments Announced for the 2021-2022 Legislative Session

ATLANTA – The House Committee on Assignments, chaired by Speaker David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge), today announced committee assignments for the 2021-2022 term.
