Withdraws Appointment of Rep. Mesha Mainor to Comply with Legislation

ATLANTA – Speaker of the House Jon Burns (R-Newington) announced today that, pursuant to the provisions of Senate Bill 211, he has withdrawn the appointment of Rep. Mesha Mainor (R-Atlanta) to the Georgia Council on Literacy and filled the vacancy by appointing Rep. Al Williams  (D-Midway) to the Council.

Speaker Ralston Announces Members of the House Rural Development Council for the 2021-2022 Session
