Rep. Scot Turner Recognizes Holly Springs Mayor and Police Chief at State Capitol

ATLANTA – State Representative Scot Turner (R-Holly Springs) today led the Georgia House of Representatives in recognizing and honoring retiring Holly Springs Mayor Tim Downing and retiring Holly Springs Police Chief Ken Ball on their retirements and years of service to their communities.
