ATLANTA – State Representative Sharon Beasley-Teague (D-Red Oak) and the National Foundation for Women Legislators (NFWL) awarded Darcy Farwell a $3,000 college scholarship at the 2016 NFWL Annual Conference in Orlando, Fla.
